AMO for the renovation of the
Château de Saint-Aubin
(winner of the 2023 Architecture & Landscapes Wine Tourism Trophy)
Context: As part of the complete renovation of the Château de Saint-Aubin following its acquisition, the owners wanted to develop a structuring wine tourism concept, at the crossroads of the heritage identity of the site and the expectations of customers seeking unique experiences. Calice Hospitality was asked to support the definition and deployment of this wine tourism project.

Wine tourism strategy and support for the labeling FOR THE vineyards OF the GOLFE DE Saint-Tropez
Context: As part of the strategy to raise awareness and promote the vineyards of the Gulf of Saint-Tropez (40 estates and cellars), local stakeholders expressed the desire to structure a comprehensive wine tourism offering, in line with the identity of the territory and customer expectations. This approach has enabled the initiation of a collective dynamic committed to the Vignobles & Découvertes label, and is part of a logic of sustainable development, upmarket upgrading and deseasonalization of the tourist offer. Calice Hospitality was commissioned to support this project, from diagnosis to implementation of the action plan.

Rootstock Festival at Château de Pommard
Context: As part of the Château de Pommard repositioning strategy, Charlotte Fougère designed and managed the production of the Rootstock festival, a unique cultural and musical event in the heart of the Pommard vineyard.
The objective: to make the estate a lively and contemporary scene, at the crossroads of wine, music and the art of living.
The project covered all creative, operational, and strategic aspects, from concept development to artistic programming, including logistics, communications, ticketing, partnerships, and visitor experience. This project helped anchor the estate in a strong, modernized event dynamic.

Fundraising Evaluation Assistance
Context: As part of a project to create a digital platform dedicated to marketing wine tourism experiences, a service operator requested a fundraising of more than one million euros from Bpifrance. The challenge: to assess the economic viability, strategic relevance, and positioning of the project within the wine tourism and digital ecosystem. Calice Hospitality was commissioned to provide its sector expertise to Bpifrance in analyzing this request.
