Marie-Charlotte Marion is a graduate of KEDGE Business School and a certified coach. Her background combines expertise in marketing, knowledge transmission, and a deep passion for wine and wine tourism.

​

She began her career in Paris in the luxury sector, spending seven years in marketing roles at Chaumet and Céline. She then dedicated over 15 years to continuing education in strategy and marketing within Chambers of Commerce, supporting project leaders in building their business models and development plans.

​

As an entrepreneur, she launched a mail-order wine business, which she complemented with the organization of wine tourism stays in Burgundy for French and international professional clients. In 2015, she founded the Beaune campus of the INSEEC Wine & Spirits Institute, led the site’s opening, and developed several specialized training programs in wine sales, wine tourism, and hospitality.

At Calice Hospitality, Marie-Charlotte works on professional training, education program design, marketing support for entrepreneurs, and the structuring of integrated wine tourism experiences.
