Présentation

Alexandra Fougère graduated from École des Mines and Sciences Po Paris, with a specialization in Economic Law. She further enhanced her academic background with training in ecological transition at the École Normale Supérieureand the University of Cambridge (Business Sustainability Management), deepening her commitment to sustainable business transformation.

After being admitted to the Paris Bar, she began her career in corporate law and mergers & acquisitions, working at top international law firms (Bredin Prat, Proskauer Rose LLP) and later at Danone. Alexandra then joined Kamet Ventures, a venture-building fund focused on HealthTech and InsurTech, where she spent seven years as General Secretary, overseeing the group’s legal and organizational strategy while supporting the creation and structuring of numerous innovative start-ups. She became a partner during the fund’s buyout from the AXA Group.

Driven by a strong commitment to systemic transformation, she then served as Lead Finance & Fundraising for the “Nouveaux Imaginaires” program of the Convention des Entreprises pour le Climat, coordinating public and private funding for transition projects in the cultural and media sectors.

At Calice Hospitality, Alexandra now brings her expertise to the wine industry and wine tourism stakeholders, supporting them in adapting their business models, securing funding, and designing impactful projects that intersect sustainability, innovation, tourism, and culture.
